DIABETES &
YOUR KIDNEYS

When the body is unable to produce insulin to help the glucose, generated by the food that we eat, to enter the body's cells, the glucose builds up and is unable to fuel the body. The resources on this page have been produced to help you understand Diabetes and offers guidance on how to manage diet and medication.
